Our organization pledges to make kindness the norm by:
- Creating an environment where all employees feel respected, included and that they belong.
- Offering a safe place that honors shared authority and everyone feels courageous to share their perspectives.
- Infusing our values with kindness, creating a place employees and customers/clients are valued.
